This page explains the types of post-ticketing service fees that may apply when you request assistance after an airline ticket or other travel reservation has been issued. These services may include changes, cancellations, refunds, reissues, exchanges, itinerary adjustments, and other booking-related assistance.
Post-ticketing requests are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the applicable airline, travel supplier, hotel, car rental company, or other service provider. A Skyline Sparrow service fee may apply separately from any fee or penalty imposed by the supplier.
Skyline Sparrow may review certain exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Customers who experience qualifying situations such as bereavement, serious travel disruptions, military-related requirements, or accessibility-related circumstances may contact our support team for assistance.
Any exception, waiver, discount, or special consideration is subject to applicable supplier policies, supporting documentation, and approval by the relevant airline or travel provider. Submission of a request does not guarantee that an exception will be granted.
Service fees may be non-refundable once the requested service has been initiated or completed, unless otherwise stated in the applicable booking terms.
Post-ticketing service fees are separate from airline and supplier-imposed penalties, fare differences, taxes, and other charges that may apply to your request.
Government taxes, airline fees, and supplier charges may change at any time. You will be responsible for the final amount communicated or displayed before the requested transaction is completed.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends primarily on the fare conditions of the airline or travel supplier. Many promotional and restricted fares may have limited or no refund eligibility.
A cancellation or refund request may be processed when:
Refunds, credits, exchanges, and future travel credits remain subject to the fare rules and procedures of the applicable airline or supplier. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.
Certain post-ticketing requests require additional coordination with the airline or travel supplier. These services may include special meal requests, wheelchair assistance, seating requests, name correction assistance, baggage-related support, schedule-change assistance, and other special travel requirements.
Special services are generally provided on a request basis and remain subject to airline availability, approval, and applicable fare rules. A service fee may apply where additional processing or assistance is required.
Depending on the nature of your post-ticketing request, Skyline Sparrow or the applicable supplier may require supporting documentation before the request can be reviewed or processed.
| Request Type | Possible Documentation |
|---|---|
| Name Correction | A copy of the passenger's passport, government-issued identification, or other acceptable documentation may be required to verify the correct name. |
| Visa or Passport Issue | Relevant visa refusal, passport-related documentation, or other supporting evidence may be required where applicable. |
| Baggage Claim | Baggage tags, receipts, claim references, and supporting documents may be required. |
| No-Show Request | Supporting documentation explaining the circumstances may be requested by the airline or supplier. |
| Denied Boarding | Written confirmation or documentation from the airline or airport may be required. |
| Duplicate Booking | Copies or details of duplicate reservations may be required to review and process the applicable request. |
Where available, Skyline Sparrow may provide online tools that allow customers to view booking details, request eligible changes, review cancellation options, or access other reservation services.
Availability of self-service options depends on the airline, ticket type, itinerary, booking status, and applicable fare rules. Any service fee or supplier charge applicable to a self-service transaction will be displayed before the request is submitted.
